Extended Care
During Extended Care, students are engaged in playing board games and indoor and outdoor sports, watching movies (G and PG rated), creating art projects, reading and other appropriate camp-type activities.
Students are not permitted to bring hand held games or audio devices to Extended Care.
HOURS
Extended Care is available for campers from 7:00 am - 8:45 am and 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
*We will be closed Wednesday, June 19, and Thursday, July 4, in observance of Juneteenth and Independence Day. There will not be Camp or Extended Care.
*We will not be offering Extended Care on the last day of camp, August 2, every camper will need to be picked up at 12 pm.
Registration
Advance registration is not required for Extended Care. Registration will occur when children are dropped off each morning.
Lunch/
Afternoon Snack
Students in Afternoon Care must bring a lunch with them. Lunch is at 12:30 pm each day.
An afternoon snack will be provided at 3:00 pm for students in Afternoon Care.
Weekly Rates/Fees
Morning Care (7:00 am - 8:45 am): $50/week/child
Afternoon Care (12:00 pm - 6:00 pm): $165/week/child
Both Morning & Afternoon Care: $200/week/child
Payment for Weekly Extended Care is due on the first day of the week it is utilized, at the time of pick-up.*
Camp is closed on Wednesday, June 19 and Thursday, July 4, in observance of Juneteenth and Independence Day.
There will be no Extended Care on the last day of camp, August 2.
Weeks 1, 3, & 7 rates are prorated respectively: $40, $132, and $160.
Drop-In Rates/Fees
Morning Care (7:00 am - 8:45 am): $20/day/child
Afternoon Care (12:00 pm - 2:30 pm): $30/day/child
Afternoon Care (12:00 pm - 6:00 pm): $50/day/child
Payment for Drop-In Extended Care is due on the day it is utilized, at the time of pick-up.*
*Late Pick-Up Fee
There is a mandatory fee of $1 per minute per child for any child(ren) picked up after 6:00 pm. The fee is to be paid when the child is picked up. The child(ren) may not return to camp until the fee is paid.
